PM Clinics are machine specific, comprehensive, diagnostic inspections designed to help our customers take a more proactive approach to the maintenance of their machines. We check the performance of your machine and measure key diagnostics including engines speeds, hydraulic and transmission pressures, cycle times, and visual observation data. With this data, we are able to identify trends and make recommendations to optimize machine performance.
For each PM Clinic performed, a written report is produced and information received is compared with factory specifications to ensure machines are running as designed. Trend analysis and early problem identification ensures our customers machine downtime is minimized and parts and service costs are reduced.
Brandeis Machinery offers a Repair and Maintenance Program (RAMP) for those machines in high usage production environments. The RAMP program typically covers the fluids, parts, labor, and travel expenses for the maintenance and repairs on your equipment. A unique program can be designed to meet your needs. These programs can be structured such that a fixed amount is billed by the machine hour or as services are rendered.
