What We Offer:
     – 24-Month Program: Gain valuable knowledge and experience over two years.
     – Full-Time Employment: Be a full-time Brandeis Machinery employee while you learn.

Program Structure:
First 18 Months:
     – 1 week of classroom training in Louisville each month (expenses paid).
     – 3 weeks of on-the-job training with a mentor at your local branch.
Final 6 Months:
     – Focus on specialized skills needed at your home branch.
     – Includes manufacturer-specific heavy equipment brand or industry-specific training.
